Opus Audio Decoding

Opus is a low-latency, high-quality audio codec designed for interactive speech, music streaming, and real-time communication. The decoder sample converts compressed Opus audio to uncompressed LPCM/WAV output.

This sample shows how to decode an Opus audio file to uncompressed LPCM/WAV output with TTranscoder::run.
